1. General informations about the following terms and conditions
These term and conditions can change and be updates along the time. Changes will be applied on purchases starting from the effective date (included), according to visible to the customer on the website. Before completing the purchase customers will be asked to agree and consult these terms and conditions.
2. Log In and Personal Account
In order to shop online at Glober Shop you need to follow these steps and instructions:
- create a personal account
- log in on the website
- give your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, payment details and all other information required.
- in case of payment with debit or credit card is necessary being the owner or being authorized in order to use a debit or credit card.
- in case os payment via Paypal is necessary being the ownver of a Paypal account.
- Customer can shop online clicking on “add to cart” button and then “check out” button.
- customer will be able to check and change any time the products in the cart before preceding to the final payment.
Each order is considered by itself. If same customer purchases more than one order and wants to receive them in only one shipping, he ha sto contact clinet service at email@example.com and inquire the request. All orderd can be freely accept or not by Glober, who has the right to refuse the purchase without giving any kind of explanation about any order ( suspicious of fraude for example). In these cases customer will be informed by client service.
3. Preparations of the Order
Once the order at Glober Shop has been confirmed, according to the instructions available on the website, customer will received the “confirmation” email (automatically sent by Glober Shop ) with the resume of the purchase. After this confirmation the process of order’s preparations will start; a second email will be sent to the customer in order to inform. The contract between Preziosa and its customers will be considered settled when the customer receives the email that confirms his order has been shipped. (shipping confirmations email). Customers can change or cancelled any orders only before shipping confirmations. Shipping confirmarion usually take place within 24/48h from the Order Confirmation Email. Cancelled orders must be confirmed by Glober client service.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
Prices for Products and for shipping and handling are liable to change at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Shipment Confirmation (save in the case of a manifest pricing error as described above). The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in the Order Receipt Confirmation and in your Shipment Confirmation. All products are sold according to the current catalogue price; taxes are always included in the price shown on the website. In the event of a pricing error, whether on the Glober Shop or in an Order Receipt Confirmation or otherwise, you accept that Preziosa has the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order. If the actual price is more than the amount shown on your Order Receipt Confirmation, Preziosa will notify you of the correct price and give you the option of proceeding with the order or cancelling it. Your sole remedy in the event of such pricing error is to cancel your order. Shipping costs are not included in the price shown. they can change along the time and they change according to the destination for the delivery. Separate charges for shipping and handling (and their related VAT or other taxes) will be clearly displayed on screen before completing the purchase, if customer doens’t want to accept this cost, he can freely stop the purchased and cancel the order.
Payment shall be made by one of the methods you have selected during the checkout process (being VISA, Maestro, or PayPal). In the event Glober does not receive the appropriate authorization from your card or payment service provider, SDSA reserves the right to reject your order. According to the payment method choosen by the customer, payment will be done in one step (via Paypal or debit/credit card), two steps (bank wire). In case of Payment via Paypal the order will be confirmed once the money transfer has been completed (usually is immediate). Payment via bank wire requires 2/3 days for the money transfer; once has been received Preziosa will send a confimation email in order to inform the customer that the order has been succesfully completed.
Preziosa shipping service is run by DHL Italy. Glober chooses International and National express shipping. Shipping costs are not included in the products’ prices but they are clearly shown before completing the purchase. Shipping costs can change along the time but they are always shown during the final checkout. Shipping costs change according to the destination country; the delivery imports included dulie and taxes. National Shipping usually requires 24h/48h except for some areas and islands which requires 2/3 days. Shipping begins usually within 24h/48h starting from payment receivent. International shipping requires 2/3 days but further destinations can require 3/4 days. Duties deals are run by DHL Italy and the final customer who will be contacted by dhl client service. Each shipping has a code that can be asked to Preziosa J via email at customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Glober will be relieved from the free return obbligation in the following cases: - the user, without a good reason, postpones or delays the delivery after Preziosa official “Shipping Confirmation email” - the user gave a wrong or not complete address
For the delivery DHL requires a signature; DHL has to deliver the box at the address specified not at the person specified. In case no one is available for the delivery signature the currier tries to deliver the box a second time the day after. After the second attempt the box will return back to the closet DHL storage. Customer will be contact on the phone number given during the purchase and he will be informed about the picking up process. The box will be kept in the storage for max 10 days; after these 10 days the box will be sent bacl to Preziosa. In these case the refound won’t be a totatl refound because shipping costs will be charged twice. Glober chooses DHL on demand service in order to make the delivery service easier for the the customer and in order to avoid any kind of delivery problem. DHL on demand works via sms on the phone number given by the client during the purchase.
7. Products Availability
In case a product the customer wants to buy is not available , purchase process won’t be possible. In rare cases a product shown as available turns out not to be available after order confimation and payment confirmation, the customer will be immadiately contacted by Glober client service and two options will be possible: waiting list for that specific product or a total refound.
8. Compatibility, Product Information
Please take care when placing your order to ensure that the Products you purchase are compatible for the intended use. Please use the Glober Shop as your final point of reference when checking compatibility. In the event of a difference between the Preziosa Shop content and any other website (or any other source of information) the compatibility of Products as shown on the Glober Shop at the time of purchase will be seen as taking precedence. If the Products you have received do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged in transportation, please contact the Glober customer service for assistance without delay, either via email at email@example.com, Glober client service is always available.
9. Events Outside the Control of Glober
Preziosa shall not be held responsible for delay or failure to perform, if the delay or failure is caused by any act, event, non-happening, omission accident or circumstance beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to: • civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; • strikes or lock-outs (or other industrial action); • national or local states of emergency; • interruption or failure of communication or transportation facilities; • power or utility outages; • non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors (other than by companies in the same group of companies as Prezosa); • earthquake, fire, explosion, storm, flood, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; • impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; • the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. The time for Glober's performance is deemed to be extended for the period that the above continues.
11. Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from our store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post & telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us and selected third parties when you create your account on our website. All Preziosa customers have the option to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us you have to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
12. Return and Refund
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Consumer Contracts Regulations”), you have a legal right to cancel your purchase during the cancellation period. The cancellation period begins on the date that the contract is formed (when Glober sends you the Shipment Confirmation) and continues until the end of 14 days starting on the day after you receive the Product. This cancellation right applies to both sale and non-sale Products. If the Product has been dispatched to you before you cancelled the purchase, you must return the Product to Preziosa within 14 days starting on the day after you cancel the order.
Free return and total refound can be inquired accordidng to the following conditions: - The product received doesn’t correspond the product ordered - The product receved is clearly damaged or flawed - The product has been delivered after 30 days from the purchase confimation date due to a Glober error - The product hasn’t been correctly delivered due to a Glober error Free return must be asked within 7 days from the delivery confirmations date. (DHL signature document’s date as confirmation.)
Partial refuond can be inquire according to the following conditions:
- The product ordered has been returned to Glober due to the impossibility for DHL to deliver correclty the order because of custumer error. In this case shipping costs and retun management costs will be changed before the refound. - The client claims a flaw in the product after 7 days from the product delivery. - The client claims a flaw in the product that can’t be considered on Preziosa responsability
In any case Glober Client Service is always available to consider each single case in order to fix and find the best solutions for Glober Shop customers.
13. Client Service
Glober Client service is always available via mail at email@example.com. A replay email according to terms and conditions, returns and refounds inquires is guarantee within 10 working days. Client service can be temporary not available during the year according to festivity periods.
